This newly renovated 1950's cottage is the definition of charm. Located in a conservation protected valley, less than 20 minutes from downtown Asheville. Walk into a one level two bedroom two full bath charmer on over 5 acres. Great room with gas fireplace, den area surrounded by mountain views, small home office with charming garden views, stone terrace off of living room with outdoor dining, great wood deck for sunset cocktails, large picture windows of stunning mountain view.

Newly renovated kitchen, granit counter tops, island seating, fully equipped with stainless steel gas stove and stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker. Master bedroom with king bed, down comforter, and Netflix TV. Second bedroom with a queen bed, down comforter with an additional full size day bed and deck access. Outside access to Rainey day Rec. room unfinished basement space ( 350 square feet) that includes ping pong table, darts, putting game, bar stools and table for drinks.

On the way up to the cottage stop by Flying Cloud Far for your fresh local grown vegetables or the farm store at Asheville premier meat purveyor Hickory Nut Gap Farm Hickory Nut Farm store offers a selection of grass fed meats, gourmet sandwiches, soups, and frequently has special event dinners by local chefs.
