Up for vacation rentals is an authentic newer Lindal Western Cedar Chalet Home located just 35 minutes north of Asheville, NC

in gated and private Wolf Laurel Resort. Built in 2009. The chalet has a main floor with Great Room with wood fireplace, wood flooring and stone accents. There is a breakfast bar plus DR table with six chairs. The kitchen opens up into the Great Room and has gourmet touches, including farm sink, SS appliances, gas cooktop, exhaust hood that vents to the outdoors, convection oven, pantry, and Washer & Dryer to do your laundry in a comfortable temperature. All the gadgets needed to make memorable meals for your party. Also on the Main Floor are two guest bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has up/down bunkbeds. This main floor is serviced by a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. Off the Great Room is an oversized private and secluded deck where you can

go to entertain, nature watch or take in the direct view of Big Bald Mtn which is 5,600 sq ft above sea level. There are two rockers, three chairs, two lounge chairs, a teak patio dining set with six chairs and charcoal BBQ on this deck. On the lower deck is a Baja hot tub that

can seat up to three people which you access thru the unfinished basement. Pls note the basement is not part of the rental space. Upstairs in the Loft is a computer area with iMAC computer and printer. The chalet has hi-speed DSL wireless network. There is an VOIP Internet phone on the upstairs to make free local/long distance calls. The master BR has a king bed with walk-in closet and full bath with oversized shower. There is a 37" Vizio HD TV

in the Great Room with ROKU streaming TV and another TV with ROKU in the back bedroom with queen bed. The upper driveway is fully paved and you are only 1/10th mile away from continuous paved roads.

Wolf Laurel has much to offer! There is skiing/snowboarding in the winter at our own ski resort within Wolf Laurel called Wolf Ridge, hiking on the Appalachian Trail with entry to the Trail

within Wolf Laurel, horseback riding, mountain biking, nature walking and depending on the date, you could play golf and dine

in the clubhouse. Nearby is zip lining experiences and whitewater rafting. There is a pool at neighboring Wolf Ridge community

for a small fee. We have had guests that have been able to play golf at the CC and eat in the Clubhouse. Just mention you are staying at Wolf Laurel and are prospective Lot/Home buyers. That should do the trick! Downtown Asheville is a quick hop down Interstate Hwy 26. Our Chalet sits around 4,300 ft above sea level and the temperatures are much cooler during the hot summer months. The Chalet is very secluded and has no houses on either lot by its sides or above it making it very private and peaceful
