Want the Ultimate in Privacy along with Everything One Could Desire?... Including a Creek right in front of the Cabin with a 2 person Hot Tub at Great Price and Be Romantic Too?If so, you need not look any further! (PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE booking)

Wolf Branch Cabin is 34 miles (40 min drive to DT via I-26) NORTH of downtown Asheville, sits on 25 wooded mountain acres.This cabin is so private that it is located 1.2 miles up a private dirt road with NO other homes in site!

Loft with Skylight over king size bed

Downstairs BR with Full size bed & extensive media library.

In addition to Great Room/Kitchen combo there is a Sun room with Antique Wicker Furniture from my family

Outdoor dining on deck as well as covered porch & open deck sitting.

Exceptional Seasonal Wildflowers & Great bird watching including Hummingbirds like you would not believe! ...Butterflies too:)

National calling plan

Wireless internet. Good for email & simple websites. Sorry NOT good for gaming or viewing videos

**NOTE** if you have a smart phone with US Cellular or Verizon you should be able to check your email, AT&T –NO.

This Cabin Location is the Ultimate in Privacy!! (NOT for the faint of heart)

PLEASE NOTE: Because this cabin is 1.2 miles up a private (non state maintained) road NO sports type cars allowed time of year

**Vehicle will need to have some clearance because you will cross the creek & the road is rough & bumpy**.

**AWD/4WD not required but recommended

EXCEPT in WINTER AWD/4WD is a MUST because there could be snow (snow will NOT be removed/plowed).

**For your reference owner drove a Subaru Outback year round 1990 to 2015. Now drives Volvo XC70/AWD

Wolf Branch Cabin is Pet Friendly with $25 PER pet/stay fee- you will need to tell me how many dogs will be with you during your stay so payment due can be adjusted.

Dog towels, water bowl & biscuits provided. I do not restrict breed/size/number etc..

I know it can be difficult finding nice accommodations where even one pet is welcome! EVEN with a fee-- I do ask that you be mindful of your 4 legged family member/s & treat the cabin as your own. Clean up as needed.

NOTE: if your pet sheds you are required to take extra precautions regarding the bedding/furniture and any clumps of hair on the floor, furniture, appliances, etc. Washer, dryer and vacuum, as well as other cleaning supplies are available. Failure to use them will result in a non refund of your deposit. Also be prepared to clean any urine "accidents"

• How many people can use the hot tub at once & where is it located? 2.

How do damage deposits work?
