From the owner

As one of the few more modern buildings in King Street, No 10 has the comfortable advantages of a more up to date building whilst looking out onto the beautiful flint cottages that make King Street one of the prettiest in Arundel.

The hallway opens onto a bright and spacious double reception room with gas fire and two sofas with a dining area towards the far side of the room opening out onto a sunny courtyard garden. Also on the ground floor is a well equipped kitchen (please be aware that there is no dishwasher) and ground floor toilet.

On the first floor there are 3 good size bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a further single bedroom. There is also a family bathroom.

Well behaved dogs are allowed (max 2 dogs) at a charge of £26 per dog for stays of 3-7 days and £26 for each subsequent week but they are not allowed on the furniture or upstairs.

We have a primary renter minimum age requirement of 30 years old.

House rules

Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your stay with all washing up done and bins out. This holiday let house does not come with household basics so you please add tea, coffee, toilet roll etc to your shopping list. There is a travel cot at the house if you need one but you will need to bring all sheets and bedding to suit your baby.
Well behaved dogs are allowed but they are not allowed on furniture or to be left in the house on their own. No cats are allowed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
