Description

Lovely holiday home for 10 people in quiet with large garden with private pool and tennis court, located near the city Las Palmas and the famous Playa de las Canteras environment. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, kitchen, living room, spacious living room and large covered terrace, fully equipped and stylishly decorated. On the main floor are two bedrooms with double bed and en-suite bathroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each that share a bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all appliances and dishes. From the cook laundry room with washer and dryer is accessed. The kitchen is connected to an office with a large table. The living room has a dining room and a spacious seating area to enjoy the beautiful views of the sea and mountains as well as a fireplace. From the main floor there is access to the large terrace with table and seating to enjoy the good weather and views. Most of the terrace is covered and has wind protection. Next to the terrace is the private tennis court with rackets and balls available. Upstairs the house has a game room with TV. In the garden, 20m from the main house is the 5th bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and wonderful garden and pool views. The large garden features a multitude of palm trees, cacti and flowers around the 10x4m private pool and terrace with hammocks. The pool has electric heating (at an extra cost of 50 € / day) and blanket. The barbecue area has a built barbecue, sink and outdoor office as well as a large covered dining area with a large table and benches. The house is on an estate of 25,000m2 with banana trees and animals and there is the possibility of visits with the owner. The city of Arucas is located at the foot of the mountain of Arucas, an ancient volcano where there is a lookout with excellent views. Agriculture has always been the main economic wealth of Arucas today highlighting the broad plains of cultivation of bananas and sugar cane. Ron Arehucas in Arucas is made with international distribution. The historic center features cozy bars, as well as the Church of San Juan Bautista and invites you to stroll. Arucas is a 15-minute drive from the city of Las Palmas and Playa de Las Canteras.
