Description

A beautiful house recently built on the outskirts of the village of Artignosc sur Verdon (10 minutes walk) and in a quiet "cul de sac".The house sits on a 2500m2 garden with a massive terrace 210m2, a pool 7.5x3.5m2, a boulodrome and a playset for our young guests. The pool is secured, as well as the land with a coded automatic gate.

Decorated with taste, this 4 bedroom house/3bathrooms is a very comfortable and charming house. The large kitchen is truly equiped to the highest standard with all the ustensils you might need to cook your favorite recipes.The worktops are all made of granite.

Five bicycles are at your disposal, as well as a ping pong table/rackets.

Even if the house is comfortable for two family it is the perfect size for a family of 5 to 6 persons.

Situated just 5 minutes drive from Artignosc lake and very near to other natural attractions such as Moustier St Marie known for its pottery, this village is classified "Village de France" no need to explain why! Tourtour at 20 minutes has such a good feel about it with its amasing terraces shadded by the huge plane tree, you will find some really good restaurants in this beautiful village., Aups and Riez, both a 20 minutes away offers great market on Wednesday and Saturday...and not to be missed are the Gorge du Verdon at 25 minutes drive away only, you must be prepared for a day trip, bring a picnic and lots of water.

They are many marked walks to do but if you prefer, as you know, bikes are available for you to use.

Now if you decide not to do to much and want to relax instead, the pool has the lounge chair ready for you...

Whatever you decide to do the region has an infinity of things to do.

You will remimber for a very long time this true paradise and the very special moments spend between family and friends.
