Ty Hir nestled at the foot of Bwlchgwyn Farm, is one of four lovely holiday property's just of the coastal road to Fairbourne.

Close for the beautiful Mawddach Estuary and coastal trail/cycle path which leads down to the golden sand of Fairbourne beach or across the Victorian Railway Bridge which stretches over the Estuary to Barmouth.

Our family run Pony Trekking and Equestrian Centre is just opposite with Menage for lessons and holiday Stabling.

If you wish just to relax or join friends and family, walk , or just take in the idyllic scenery in this area of natural outstanding beauty in Snowdonia National Park.

Ty Hir is a spacious, comfortable property with 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 persons, 2 shower/bathrooms , large lounge /diner with (new) Oak dining table and chairs /sofas colour tv with Freeview/DvD, Wood burner, free WiFi.

Outside : court yard with parking and BBQ area with large table and chairs & umbrella. Bike shed.

Situated just of the A493 to Fairbourne 2 mins from the sea by car and a 15 minute walk.This area is the most beautiful part of North Wales with breath-taking views of the Mawddach Estuary with the ever changing colours of the Snowdonia mountain Ranges with the Famous west cost sunsets.
