The beautiful and very well maintained finca of natural stone is even within walking distance to town Arta and has guaranteed a secluded location, the highest discretion and a desired seclusion. Arta then awaits the holidaymaker one of the prettiest spots in Majorca. Numerous restaurants and typical tapas bars to culinary Majorcan delights and at the weekly market and in-present transactions, vacationers will everything necessary for a perfect self catering and the popular beaches of the east coast as Canyamel, Cala Agulla, Cala Torta and Colonia de Sant Pere are all including reachable in just a few minutes. The beautiful and newly built country house in typical Mallorcan style, captivates the viewer through many architectural features and its sprawling grounds. There are several buildings that are in perfect harmony with each other on the 14,000 square meter plot. In the main house a compiled with love Majorcan interior design desired covers about 270 square meters which visually and practically leaves open. The two-storey finca offers a total of up to 6 guests luxurious place for a relaxing vacation in Mallorca. The three large and tastefully furnished double rooms have comfortable sleep and, like the whole house air-conditioned.
