Pure beauty and style emanating from this fantastic town house for 6 - 8 guests with private pool in Artà.

This is a recently renewed house with an exceptional architectonic quality that you can feel also in the beautiful courtyard which achieves a perfect integration of the chlorine pool. No doubt, this is a little oasis sizing 4x2 metres and with a depth ranging from 0.9 to 1.4 metres where you can cool off and relax after a delicious barbecue outdoors. Afterwards, you can bask in the sun while reading a good book on any of the two sun loungers.

From here you can directly access the practical and useful open room that offers a kitchen, living room and dinin area all together and air-conditioned. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave and coffee maker, among other appliances -to feel at home when you are cooking-, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The sitting area is ideal to have a rest, chat or watch TV on the comfortable sofas. There are four air-conditioned bedrooms, three of them with a closet and the last one with a dressing room. On the main floor we find two bedrooms with two twin beds each and a shower bathroom for the whole floor. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms with two twin beds and an en-suite shower bathroom each. One of these also offers direct access to a great terrace where you can admire the peaceful way of life of the streets in this village. One radiator completes the equipment.

The house is located in a peaceful and central area in Artà, where all public services, shops and restaurants are at your reach. Those who love playing golf will find several courses around, specially the one in Capdepera only 5.1 km away. The beaches are easily and shortly accessible like, for example, Cala de Son Moll in Cala Ratjada, about 11 km away.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
