Description

Rustic house located in the countryside at 3.5 km from the village of Artá, in the northeast of the island of Majorca. From the dining area, where the pool is also located, you can enjoy spectacular views of the mountains of the region and enjoy fantastic sunsets. Its location with respect to coastal areas of special interest, such as Colonia de Sant Peré, Cala Ratjada or LLevant Natural Park, is not more than 20 min by car from these fabulous sites.

The house is located in the countryside and has no neighbours nearby. It is accessed via a private road of about 400 meters long that crosses a small forest, so there is no possibility of other cars passing near the house. In the distance, apart from the incredible views of the Artá mountains, you can see two small country houses which due to their remoteness there is no possibility that we can bother each other for some noise issue.

We think it is convenient that they have the following information about the house:

-The kitchen has a stove and a gas oven.

-The en-suite bathroom has a whirlpool tub.

-The pool is chlorine treated .

-At 6 o'clock in the morning the irrigation of the lawn is started for half an hour.

-If the guests stay longer than 4 days there will be the possibility that at some point the maintenance technician will have to go through some work, such as cleaning the pool, mowing the lawn, etc.

How to get around?

We recommend that people who want to rent the house have their own car because it is located 3.5 km from the nearest point where to take the public transport.

Other highlights:

Depending on the time of year, a herd of sheep owned by the family may be grazing near the house. We think it will not be a problem for guests, but on the contrary, will help to mimic even more with the totally rural atmosphere of the area.
