Retreat to the Mallorcan countryside at this three-bedroom Artà villa, a beautiful home with an expansive garden and terrace, a private swimming pool and sundeck, and a wonderfully secluded position with views of the hills and mountains.

This large property sits in the countryside three miles west of Artà, a historic town amidst the olive and cypress trees of eastern Mallorca. You'll be seven miles south of Llevant Peninsula Natural Park, eight miles northwest of the Son Servera Golf Club, and nine miles from the gorgeous shores of Cala Torta and Cala Mesquida.

The interior is designed and decorated in the typical island style, with pristine white walls, exposed beam ceilings, and spacious rooms that are ideal for mingling. Come inside to relax on the sectional sofa with a book or a game, use the WiFi to post a few photos, or unwind in front of the flatscreen cable TV.

But with such spectacular outdoor spaces waiting for you at home, you won't be indoors for long. Grab your bathing suit from the washing machine (please note that there is no dryer) and spend the morning soaking in the sunshine on the terrace. Take a nap in one of the sunbeds, watch the palms sway in the breeze, and take a dip in the private pool to relieve the summer heat.

Watch your children play on the swing in the garden, and light the charcoal grill for an afternoon barbecue with your loved ones.
