Description

Wonderful and pretty country house in Arta for 6 people.

The outside of this amazing house is dominated by the chlorine swimming pool which sizes 5 x 10 m and has a depth from 1 to 1.7 m. After a refreshing dip you can sunbathe under the warm Majorcan sun in one of the 4 sunbeds. Or maybe you prefer to protect from the sun under one of the two umbrellas if it is too hot. The 15m terrace is furnished and it is ideal to have a drink after dinner and admire the majorcan starry sky. From the outside there is also access to the orange and lemon grove. The 25.000 m2 porperty is fenced and there are no neighbours around.

The country house of 220 m2 is disposed into two levels, being the ground floor the main one, and on an lower floor you will find one of the bedrooms.

In this way, on the ground floor we find a fantastic living and dining room of 25 m2 with a rustic style, where you will find a table for 4 people apart from 2 sofas. We can watch a film in the TV -Sat or enjoy the warm fire of the wood stove in the coldest nights. The 12 m2 kitchen with vitro is independent and also placed on the ground floor. It well equipped so you can cook your better dishes. There is also a laundry with a washing machine, iron and iron board. There are also 2 fans and central heating, so you can also enjoy this house during the cold season. Wifi connection is also available.

Two of the bedrooms are located also on the ground floor. One of them with has two singe beds, closet and en suite bathroom with shower. The other bedroom has a double bed, a closet and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. The last bedroom is on the lower floor and it counts with a closet, an en suite bathroom with a shower and exit to the garden.

This house is 1 km away from Arta. Arta is a lovely little town close to the northern Majorcan coast. There you will find all services like supermarkets, shops, restaurants,... The closest beach is Cala Mesquida and it is about 10 minutes away by car. But you can also visit other lovely beaches like calo des Ermitans or Cala Torta.

Pets are not allowed.
