Wonderful villa for 6-7 people with private swimming pool and garden in the outskirts of Arta.

The great chlorine swimming pool is backed by the trees during the hottest days of the summer and they give a lovely shadow. It sizes 10 x 5 m and its depth ranges from 0,8 to 1,7 m. It is also surrounded by a beautiful wooden terrace with 7 sunbeds to enjoy the Majorcan sun. A chill-out corner invites you to take a cocktail in the evening. From time to time, you can rapidly refresh thankts to the outside shower. The garden is spacious and well cared and it offers a space por a familiar picnic or as a playground for children. An outside dinner is not only a dream and both the terrace and the porch offer such a possibility. May you feel like roast meat or savory vegetables from the barbecue? In order not to be bored, there is a ping-pong table where you can organize exciting torneys. The plot is fenced and there are no neighbours so you can enjoy privacy.

Within the house, the stately and elegant style comes together with all modern life comforts like Tv-Sat. In the great living-dining room all the family can meet, have lunch and have a laugh together and enjoy the free days with no worries. If you like cooking, you have a fully equipped kitchen including a vitro, tools, dishwasher so that you you don't have to wash the dishes. There is also a laundry with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and iron board.

The four bedrooms can be found on the first floor, two of them with double bed, one with single bed and the last one with a bunk bed. . One od the bedrooms has an en suite bedroom with bathtub and bidet; apart from the space enough to prepare a cot and highchair. . There is another independent bathroom with shower for the rest of the house.

Artà is a beautiful village which has preserved its medieval environment for centuries. You can go to shop to the street market on Tuesdays, visit the church which has panoramic sights or enjoy a delicious dinner at the main street. The house is more or less 15 minutes away by car from the dreamy beaches of Cala Mesquida, Cala Agulla or Cala Torta, a natural beach with just one restaurant. In Artà you will find supermarkets, banks, bars and all needed services for an independent stay.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 27 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Pets are not allowed.
