Description

This amazing cottage with private pool in Artà can comfortably accommodate 10 people.

The exteriors are very spacious; ideal to enjoy the Majorcan sun. Maybe you fancy reading a good book on the chill-out porch? The house is surrounded by mountains and nature, nice for long walks. Lay down on one of the ten loungers and bask in the sun. Take a refreshing dip into the 4.5m to 12m infinity chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 2.2m, while overlooking the countryside. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors.

The homey sitting-dining room with A/C, TV and fireplace is the right place to share laughs and talks with family and friends. If you fancy cooking, you will find everything you may need in the fully equipped kitchen with gas oven and gas hob. You will have access to a laundry area with washer, iron, ironing board and dryer.

You can choose between five air-conditioned bedrooms. A double bedroom with en-suite shower bath and a bedroom with two single beds is on the ground floor. the second bathroom on the ground floor comes with a shower as well. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor, two with two single beds and one with double bed; two with closet. One single bed room has a bath en-suite with shower and bathtub. Furthermore, there's an independent bathroom with bathtub and bidet on the first floor.

Charming village Artà offers everything you may need as a self-caterer like supermarkets and restaurants. If you play golf, you will find several golf courses in the surroundings. A 15 minutes' drive takes you to wonderful beaches like Cala Torta, Font Salada or Es Caló. You could also visit the Caves of Artà, the coastal town Cala Ratjada or the Castle of Capdepera.

There's exterior parking for 2 cars.

Pets are not allowed.
