Description

Are you up for a fantastic holiday on Mallorca? This marvellous villa on the outskirts of Son Servera, with private pool and views on the farmlands and the mountains, is exactly what you're looking for! It is prepared for a maximum of 16 people.

A huge country house, with a lot of farmland, conserving mythical details of its history. Surrounding the 10m x 5m chlorine pool, which has a depth ranging from 0,8m to 2,2 m, there are 12 sun loungers and a magnificent green area with beautiful views on the farmlands. The kids will enjoy running and playing around and checking out the pond. There is an outside bathroom with a shower, for convenience of the whole family. The porch invites you to cheerful afternoons barbecue and long after-dinner conversations over a glass of wine.

The finca is divided into two buildings, under the same roof. The 2-storey main house counts with a total of 2 living rooms, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, for a total of 12 persons. In the attached house there is another living room, a bedrooms an a sofa, which provides sleeping places for up to 4 more persons.

On the groundfloor of the 2-storey main house, there is a living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and a huge dining table. The independent kitchen counts with a vitro hob and direct access to the porch. The tasty dishes can be served easily to the outside dining area. On the ground floor, there are also two bedrooms with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a bath tub for common use. The stairs lead you to a second, homely living room, with a fireplace and satellite TV. There, you will find three more bedrooms: two with two individual beds each, and one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is a toilet for common use, on this floor. We can prepare up to two folding beds, for two more persons, as well as two baby beds, two highchairs and five fans. The whole house is equipped with central heating, for the colder days.

The attached house is typically built with stone walls and has a great entrance hall. The stairs lead up to a beautiful, spacious living- and dining room with television and a double sofa-bed. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, for common use. This attached house does not count with heating. There is a fan for warm days.

The location between the villages of Son Servera and Artà, provides easy access to charming villages like Cala Bona,to the natural parc of Levante or to Costa dels Pins. In Cala Millor you will find more lively amusement, if you wish. The golf course of Son Pula is 11 km away. In Artà you can discover the more ingrained traditions of the island, like the traditional Tuesday market. It 's great to buy some typical and fresh local products!

We can not accept youth groups under 20 years for this house, except for families with children. We will need copies of all passports, in order to confirm any reservation.
