The Studio is in the Gamonal area of Benalmadina, this apartment is in a perfect position to savour many of the resort delights, being ten minutes walk to the beach; five minutes to the fantastic park de Paloma. Shops, bars restaurants and the train station are all close by.
The complex has 2 large swimming pools; open April to October which is protected by life guards. Well kept communal gardens, 24 hrs reception (English spoken) Parking and wifi
The Studio has a 32" flat screen TV, complete with uk tv package and digital Spanish hd tv and DVD. Sleeps up to 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 small children.

“A great value holiday”
From getting to and from Malaga airport everything was so affordable. The train from the airport to the Arroyo was 20 minute journey and less than € 2. it was then a 10 minute walk from Arroyo station to the Agata apartments. Picked up the keys from the reception with no problems from the friendly staff. The views from the apartment are fantastic, it was all was very clean and very comfortable with everything you need for a short or long stay. The cafe bars are just opposite the Agata there is the Wine bar for great tapas, Stentons for good English food, a cheap Chinese for sit in or take aways and Sizzlers for there € 1.20 a pint happy hours.

Just returned from 16 brilliant days staying in Benalmadena at Agata apartments. I rented this studio for my daughter and her partner from Paul as i have rented his one bed apartment for the last 3 years.They were totally over the moon with the studio and thoroughly enjoyed their stay .The view from the balcony is amazing with being on the 5th floor they spent many a night sitting chilling with a nice glass of wine enjoying the peace . Everything you need is in the studio and its so easy to make a nice meal for a night in if you wish . Paul always keeps his apartments well maintained this year we noticed new front doors had been fitted place had been recently decorated so nice and clean, beds comfortable linen and towels clean . there are plenty local places to eat out just across the road up the stairs is Stentons do marvelous food . Sizzles also same place do Happy hour 2-7 most days so if you like a beer its only 1euro 20 . cant be bad . This year we did trip to Gibraltar we were picked up local just at Minerva good day trip. Must recommend a trip up to Benalmadena Pueblo we had a brilliant night up there and the views are stunning you can get a bus just outside apartment or it cost 8 euros in taxi well worth a visit. “good studio with fair price”
we enjoyed our stay in pauls studio, it is in a great area ideal for everything. the aircon was fab as we needed it, and the enclosed balcony with windows that opened wide, was excellent.

“excellent in cleanliness and condition”
the apartment was absolutely spotless, the bed linen was crisp white sheets, the best i have ever had in an apartment. everything was in there that was needed. its close to all amenities, shops, exchange bureau, pubs, bars cafes, parks, taxi's, supermarkets. A safe in the apartment which is excellent. train from Malage onli 1.90 euro so cheap, modern and clean. stayed for 8 days and now ready to book again, thanks Paul

“Perfect position, comfortable, clean and well maintained, cannot wait to go back.”
Ideally situated for shops, bars, restaurants etc everything is on the doorstep yet this apartment is peaceful and and welcoming with beautiful views over Paloma park and the sea. I found the apartment to be comfortable and very clean with all the equipment I needed. Even brand new towels were provided. Everything is well maintained and in working order. I thoroughly enjoyed laying in bed watching English Sky TV after a long day relaxing! I do know the area well as my parents live in Arroyo and have stayed in many other apartments. This one will be my first choice in the future. Do get the train from the airport, (the train goes into the airport), it only costs E1.90 (as opposed to about 23 euros + tip in a taxi). Arroyo train station is only 5 mins walk away. There is also a free safe available in the apartment which I found very handy. Really looking forward to going back again. Paul was very, very helpful, I cannot thank him enough.

Pleasant communication with Paul. Key was on arrival at the reception and accommodation were no problems. Apartment was clean and met my expectations. During the accommodation at departure and there were no problems. Kitchen meets. In September, we did not need air conditioning. Suffice ceiling fan. Simply match the description says it all. Apartment location is very convenient. Grocery stores are very close. Directly opposite is a good Mercadona. The beach is about 12 minutes walk - a nice walk around the beautiful La Paloma park. It was a beautiful experience without any problems. Thank you again, Paul. Excuse my expression in English - use a translator.

Flat was great loved the air con and the flat screen tv with sky channels. View wasgreat as was the 4 pools. gardens lovely. Very near bars etc., would go back ..

“Fantastic position and great complex”
We had a great time at this apartment, highly recommended. 20 minutes from the airport Only 6 Euros in a taxi from the train station, large supermarket just opposite, 10 minutes walk to the sea front 5 minutes walk into Arroyo Del la Miel, which is a great little town loads of proper Spanish bars and restaurants, We caught the bus up to Benalmadena Pueblo and walked back via the bullring, got a train to torremolinos and walk back along the sea front was very nice, great restaurants at La Carihuela . Train to Fuengirola was great the trains are really easy to use cheap and clean. Large market at Tivoli world on Fridays and Flea market in Poloma park just opposite the apartments, Poloma park is also well worth a visit loads of wildlife roaming about. Go to Fountain Square for free taps with a drink and street entertainment. Don’t miss Bar Ole in Plaza De Ole great cocktails and owners. The complex is quiet and the pool area and pool very large and clean, would love to go back next year but its booked up for August already, we will be looking for another apartment nearby. The Benalmadena forum on Tripadviser has loads of tips and information well worth a look. Frank + Sue.
