The privileged location of this beautiful apartment of BenalBeach in one of the most beautiful areas of Benalmádena makes it one of the most impressive resorts of the Costa del Sol and Spain where you can enjoy an intimate vacation or family.

The holiday apartment for rent offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with access to the terracce from the lounge.

Main bedroom: 1 king size bed with AC + ceiling fan. Wardrobe with hangers inside. Inside the closet there is also a safe box.

Second bedroom: 2 single beds. AC + ceiling fan. It also has a built-in wardrobe with hangers inside. This bedroom does not have a safe box.

A sofa bed for 2 in the living room.

There is an electric heater, enough for 6 pax inside of the pantry.

Views: water park of BenalBeach resort, garden area, sea views to the left, views of the mountain and the Parque de las Palomas to the right.

BenalBeach is formed by 4 buildings of 11 floors and 10 elevators, where our different types of apartments are located with the characteristics that each of them has to cover their needs depending on the number of people.

It is 15 minutes walking from Puerto Marina and the center of Arroyo de la Miel, and just in front of the Parque de La Paloma where the animals are in full freedom and you can enjoy a nice relaxing walk. The distance from the complex to the beach is only 100 m.The Benal beach resort offers 15,000 m² of gardens, and artificial lakes, five spectacular swimming pools all communicated by means of giant and exciting slides that create a water park of 2000 m² of sheet water, including a separate pool for children.

Among its facilities there is the Athens gym, one of the sports centres with greater extension and relevance of the Costa del Sol equipped with fitness and muscle room, beauty and aesthetic center, massages, relaxation and a large SPA with heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath.

Baby cot and highchair are available for an additional fee.

The local area is rich in things to see and do. Just a short walk away is the fabulous 10km stretch of beach at Benalmadena Costa and its variety of water sports. Don’t miss the nearby attractions such as the famous Tivoli World Amusement Park, Aqualand, Selwo Marina, Sea Life and the Torrequebrada Casino with its spectacular evening floor show – these are all easily accessible
