From the owner

Lo que les va a gustar a los invitados de mi casa es que es muy luminosa, está recientemente reformada en su totalidad (en 2019), y tiene unas apacibles vistas sobre el Mediterráneo. Los madrugadores podrán ver amanecer todos los días en cualquier época del año, ya que no hay edificios enfrente que lo impidan. Al fondo se divisa la bahía de Málaga, y en primavera incluso se adivinan a lo lejos las cumbres blancas de Sierra Nevada.

El apartamento dispone de ropa de cama y baño y de todo el menaje necesario y propio de una vivienda habitual (aunque sea segunda residencia).

Para aquellos invitados que sean de fuera de España, en la planta baja del bloque hay un pequeño supermercado (Bonanza), abierto de 9 a 21 horas, que tiene incluso artículos de alimentación de varios países europeos.

Soy un ciudadano español, vivo en Madrid, y estoy encantado de poder compartir mi casa de la playa con aquellos viajeros que, como yo, aman la tranquilidad, el sol, la buena comida, las enormes oportunidades de ocio y cultura de la zona, y la hospitalidad de esta tierra. Estoy muy orgulloso de que el apartamento haya sido distinguido desde su reforma en 2019 con dos menciones consecutivas como producto "excelente" y como "mejor elección" de los viajeros. Mi relación con los huéspedes es de sumo respeto y consideración. Me gusta pensar que se sienten como en su casa y hago todo lo posible porque así sea. Intento responder con la mayor rapidez a las preguntas u observaciones de los huéspedes, tanto por vía de la aplicación como por Whatsapp.

How do damage deposits work?
