El apartamento está en un quinto piso exterior con vistas al mar, y, gracias a su orientación Este, es muy soleado y luminoso. Ha sido recientemente reformado en su totalidad y ha obtenido un certificado de excelencia en 2019. Tiene dos habitaciones: una, con cama doble de 160 cms., y la otra, con dos camas de 90 cms. El baño dispone de plato de ducha y calentador de agua de 100 litros que proporciona agua caliente al instante. La cocina americana está totalmente equipada, incluyendo lavaplatos de media carga, lavadora, microondas, frigorífico combi, vitrocerámica de inducción, tostadora, cafetera (de cápsulas e italiana), calentador de agua y todos los utensilios necesarios para sentirse como en casa. El salón tiene una zona separada para comer con relajadas vistas e incluye un amplio sofá de tres plazas frente a una televisión de gran tamaño, con una mesa de centro abatible que permite comer, desayunar o cenar frene al televisor. Dispone de un split de aire acondicionado y tres ventiladores de techo, uno por cada habitación. La terraza tiene dos sillas de mimbre y una mesa de jardín plegable, y en el armario del fondo están la tabla de planchar, el tendedero, las sillas de playa y la sombrilla. El apartamento se entrega limpio y con ropa de cama y toallas suficientes. Aviso importante: en el verano de 2020 la piscina permanecerá cerrada a causa del covid 19

Getting around

The proximity of all services allows you to move on foot without problems. The Cercanías C-1 train allows you to reach the city center of Malaga in half an hour, and bus 124 takes you to Torremolinos in 15 minutes.

Interaction with guest

I try to respond as quickly as possible to questions or comments from guests, both via the application and WhatsApp. When the date of entry to the apartment is approaching I always send a link to a web album where I show little tricks and tips so that guests become familiar with the house from the first moment and know where things are. I do not live in Malaga and, therefore, do not get to know the guests personally. In my place, who delivers the keys and collects them is my neighbor next door, Antonia.

“Wonderful Apartment in a Great Location”

A perfect location for our winter break, five minutes walk to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The apartment is in an older block but all very clean and the apartment itself was immaculate, it had everything we needed with a lovely balcony with morning sunshine. The owner was very helpful and nothing was a bother. We visited the apartment just before lockdown and had a great holiday, can't wait to stay again!

Very tastefully furnished and comfortable hi spec apartment with stunning views of the sea and gorgeous sunsets from the balcony! Well equipped kitchen, wifi, huge TV and access to Netflix etc, and we were so pleased that our host Carmelo had written out detailed instructions for everything! The bus stop is only 4 minutes walk down, with frequent service to nearby resorts; we highly recommend the bus ride to the pretty village of Mijas Pueblo high up in the hills! Carmelo was a very welcoming and considerate host, and we hope to return to his lovely home in the near future!
