Eco Friendly Farmhouse set in the peaceful setting of "Finca De Arrieta" eco village, ideal for a family holiday to get away from it all.

This spacious 3 bedroom house sleeps up to 8 guests, designed using wooden/stone flooring and traditional stone walls. The house has been tastefully furnished with influences from Morocco and Indonesia giving it an luxurious, exotic feel.

Eco Farmhouse exterior space includes: mature gardens, BBQ, large ranch style covered terrace with marble floored dining area for 8 guests, private solar heated pool, shaded lounge pool salon, bamboo dining hut with sea view and tropical garden.

Guests also have access to all other facilites at the eco village of Finca De Arrieta; Free WIFI in chill out lounge, “off grid living experience”, solar heated pool 13m x 2.5m, shaded day bed, laundry area, honesty shop, books / toys, children’s play park, giant chess, fresh eggs from the hen-house & ping-pong

Optional extras; meals delivered, baby sitting, walking tours, discount tickets, farmers grocery box, pack & go cleaning service, beach towel hire, Möet & chocolates, special occasion cakes & sports massage.

Also being just 300 meters to Arrieta's sandy beach you can access great sea front restaurants and this beach is ideal for swimming and surfing.

Your rental price includes exclusive use of a 7 seater Toyota Prius hybrid car (car seats provided if required).

The farmhouse comprises 250m2 of interior floor space and features a hardwood bespoke open plan kitchen with granite work surfaces. The large central island is an ideal workspace, offering views to the well-maintained gardens beyond. The kitchen has a large oven/grill, gas hob, A+ fridge/ freezer, toaster and plenty of cupboard space, making it ideal for discerning self-caterers who enjoy dining and entertaining in comfort.

The entrance door leads directly to the large lounge, which has a split-level hardwood floor and a day bed for total relaxation. The hallway leads through to the guest bedroom, which has a skylight, twin beds and wardrobe.

Continuing through the farmhouse you enter the kitchen, and step down into the dining area, here the bespoke wood table offers seating for 6 guests. Antique double doors lead to the master bedroom suite, which has fantastic mountain views. This room features antique furniture such as the super king-size 4 poster double bed, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with twin walk-in shower, double sinks and separate WC.

The third bedroom has a marble floor, super king-size 4 poster double bed and views of the gardens. A further full bathroom with access from the lounge also features a walk-in shower, bath, double sinks and WC.

The pools fencing is open chain, as with any water children must be supervised at all times.

There is WiFi available at the shared pool & Chill out area.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
