Description

Villa RocaMar is a house in 3 floors:
Main floor: lounge - dining room, kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and large patio doors to the porch and to the swimming pool.
First floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bath room with shower cabin.
Basement: large tv-room, children play area with a lot of toys and entertainments for the children and two single beds.
RocaMar is ideal so much for vacations in family as for romantic and relaxing holidays. All the rooms of the villa have fabulous views to the ocean. In the high floor there is a terrace to enjoy the last drink in the monnlight . You will fall asleep with the lullaby of the sea.
In the heated swimming pool area there is comfortable sunbeds and a barbecue. In the porch there are chairs and a dining area.

Owner's reply: Lamentably the painting of the swimming pool was late. This one is an unforseeable situation that we could not solve. In Villa RocaMar there are pillows in all the beds and there was supplied the client a special pillow that he requested. I believe sincerely that his opinion comes induced because of the bad weather in Lanzarote during his stay. The privacy in the Villa is absolute. If in this case the owner and the specialist were several times in the house to solve as rapidly as possible the matter of the swimming pool. We are sorry sincerely that the client has not enjoyed so much of his stay in our villa.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Catalina (the owner) a message.

If Catalina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
