Our apartment is situated in a gated complex in Arpora, north Goa. The complex is close to Baga and Calangute.

Bright and airy 2 bedroom luxury apartment

2 x double bedroom with AC and fan, 2 x bathrooms (one en-suite), open plan lounge and kitchen with AC and fan and four balconies with lighting and fan.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas cooker, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, built-in water filter for unlimited purified drinking water and other mod-cons that you will need on a holiday. The lounge has three comfy sofa's, large coffee table and TV unit with 32” LCD TV with Tata-Sky satellite connection. We have an open plan kitchen lounge, each with balcony which has ALUMINIUM SLIDING DOOR MOSQUITO NETTING i.e. no flying insects. The lounge balcony has a rattan hanging swing chair and it overlooks the garden, pool and a massive mango tree. Each bedroom has a balcony and overlooks the local coconut grove. Both bathrooms have shower cubicles with hot water from the common solar heating facility. Hygiene and cleanliness are a priority for us – so no smoking and pets. Daily housekeeping and cleaning services are available. For Internet access, a 3G/wi-fi dongle is available on request.

The apartment complex itself has a large pool that you are free to use surrounded by landscaped gardens. There is also a gym with treadmill, exercise bike, weight lifting, Jacuzzi, sauna etc at your disposal. This gated community offers 24 hour security and there is dedicated marked parking space available should you need it. All in all, it is a luxurious and comfortable place for holidays whether you are coming for a few days or a few months, you will never get tired of this fine apartment and its

Surroundings

Arpora offers small convenience stores, gift shops, cafes, ATM facility, beauty salon and fantastic restaurants all within a short walk down the road. Famous restaurant 'All Spice' is an easy walk away from the complex. A short bike/car drive into Candolim will take you to supermarkets with a wider choice of Western goods, banks and restaurants offering all styles of cuisine as well as the beach. The extremely popular Saturday Night Market is a 5 min walk via the lane at the back of the complex or a 5 min drive away.

The Surrounding Area

Baga and Calangute are the most commercialised part of Northern Goa offering the widest choice in bars, restaurants and clubs but also the busiest area. A 15 to 20 min drive away is Anjuna beach and Vagator which are quieter. The northern beaches of Mandrem and Ashwem are a 30 ~ 40 min. scenic drive away and here you will find long stretches of nearly deserted beaches and you can discover right on the beach, yoga and Ayurvedic massage parlours and more upmarket retreats. The apartment is managed by a local couple and will be available on call should you need to ask any questions or get advice on what to do and where to go!
