A newly furnished, 3 bedroom holiday home in the Cotswolds. A five minute walk to the centre of the beautiful village of Ilmington with its café, shop and pubs, and only 8 miles to Stratford Upon Avon, the characterful town of Shakepeare’s birth and home to fine examples of splendid Tudor architecture.

The Cotswold Way is just a ten minute drive away at the stunning Cotswold village of Chipping Campden. The area around Ilmington is very popular for CYCLING, including off road cycle routes.

The accommodation comprises an open-plan sociable living kitchen diner area, 3 bedrooms, a bright shower room and a decked outside space in a south-facing garden offering good privacy on sunny days. Free WiFi and a Smart TV are included allowing you to stream Netflix and Amazon.

Parking is available at the property.

It would be an ideal base for those wishing to holiday in the northern Cotswolds including Cheltenham, Broadway, Chipping Campden and Stow-on-the-Wold, and for discovering beautiful rural Warwickshire with its castle, spa town of Leamington Spa and pretty rural villages, such as Welford-upon-Avon and Dorsington.

Please also note that we are close to BLACKWELL GRANGE (a wedding/function venue) just 2 to 3 miles away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
