Villa Terrazza has been completely renovated in the year 2018 and located on the top floor of a 4 stories building, at only 3 kilometres from the center of Positano. Residing along the panoramic road leading from Sorrento to Ravello, this apartment lies in a stunning, secluded area of the Amalfi Coast, Laurito district of Positano!

The name is derived from its beautiful veranda overlooking the island of Li Galli and the town of Positano, completely immersed in vast pine trees, stretching out over natural terraces overlooking the sea. This apartment is 180 square meters in size and can accommodate six people comfortably, with the option of sleeping additional 2 young children living room double divan bed (additional costs apply, please ask and reserve those upfront, if price is agreed).

From the entryway you get access to the large, private terrace. Covered by a canopy, the terrace is a perfect place to enjoy a meal al fresco. The unit is composed of a vast living room with an open space kitchen, three huge bedrooms and three full bathrooms with power showers all attentively recently remodeled by the owners. You can access the rest of the villa's rooms through the living room. This house is equipped with all the modern conveniences one would expect. Just to mention some: TV stereo, washing-machine, dish washer, microwave Wi-Fi Air-conditioning throughout, wine cellar for your wine, a huge modern fridge and refrigerator a contemporary electric oven.

Villa Terrazza has a picturesque stairway that leads down to the sea secluded access; yet the path contains around 500 steps, which may be difficult to navigate for some. The long stairway leads to a private spot where you can dive into the crystal-clear Mediterranean.

The nearest beaches are in Laurito (nearby), Praiano (2 km. away), and Positano (3 km. away). Everyday shopping can be done in Praiano's town center, which is only 1 km. from the apartment, or simply call and have it delivered. The Terrazza apartment is 12 km. from Amalfi, 15 km. from Sorrento, 18 km. from Ravello and 60 km. from Naples, where the nearest airport is located. Parking is available in private lots for up to two cars.
