Description

Apartment in Aarhus C of 55 m2 that is fully furnised and suitable for both short and long term rentals. Possible accomodation of up to 4 people (room for more if you bring an extra madras).

The kitchen includes a stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric water boiler and all necessary dishes for 6 people. The living room has a sofa and a 4 seater dining table.

In the bedroom there is a double bed (140 cm). The sofa in the living room can also be made into an extra bed (also 140 cm). There is also free cable-TV and 50 mbit internet with wifi.

Location

The apartment is located on Frederiksbjerg which is dominated by the three major shopping streets: Jægergårdsgade, MP Bruunsgade and Frederiks Allé.

Here are both supermarkets, a shopping center, several café opportunities and small specialty shops. In addition, no more than a short walk down to the inner city center, with its many amenities and cultural offerings.

“a nice and cozy place for a comfortable stay”

I saw the place over the internet, Morten the owner of the place was prompt on replies and queries and very help full, and since there was some issues with credit card payment, he was nice enough to drive and collect the money. Place has everything you need for the stay, is clean, well lit and most important the location is perfect, 5 min's walk from the main center/shopping street and right next to a bus stop. Although it is on main road, close your windows and the place get very quite. There were no issues during our stay. the only problem I had was I had to find a laundry place and since I stayed for more then two weeks a washing machine or a laundry place downstairs would have been perfect. But again mMorten was kind enough to find a place for us and mark it on a map :) Pros: Has almost everything. Nearby groceries stores and super markets. Bus stop just downstairs. Nice and helpful owner. beautiful looking clean and simple place. lots of restaurants and eateries nearby. 5 mins walk from the shopping centers. Cons: Washing Machine/Laundry not there, but again Morten, the owner came to the rescue.

Owner's reply: I wrote a seperate email saying thanks for this nice review, and never got around to do it on tripadvisor as well, so here goes: Thanks for your stay - you where very nice and easygoing tenants :)

How do damage deposits work?
