With its sunny, south-facing aspect, this Mont Blanc-view retreat sets the scene for idyllic stays close to the ski lifts!

The split-level apartment features to the 1st floor of a charming, chalet-style residence. Inside, the WiFI-enabled layout offers versatile accommodation across 2 spacious floors. Ideal for families and groups of 8, the apartment enjoys a bright and spacious living space, with access to a sunny Mont Blanc-view balcony, furnished with an alfresco dining set. The exposed pine interior adds an effortlessly ambient feel to the open plan living space, which features a sofa and flat screen TV. Accompanying the welcoming open plan living space is a well-equipped kitchen diner, ideal for hosting carefree meals-in whilst away.

The sleeping accommodation is equally inviting and comprises of 3 bedrooms (comprising of 1 double master bedroom with full en-suite shower, a 2nd en-suite room with 2 single beds and a 3rd room with 2 sets of twin single beds, for 4). A full family bathroom with washing machine completes the layout of this functional, carefree holiday home. Ski storage is also provided. The split-level apartment also benefits from a sunny, shared garden and private parking.

From its idyllic Mont Blanc view setting, guests are placed 200 metres away from the ski shuttle bus, 600 metres from the Le Tour ski lift, 3 minutes’ walk away from the train station of Montroc-le-Planet and 2 minutes’ drive away from the La Vormaine ski lift (perfect for beginners). The Les Grands Montets ski lift is also within easy reach by car, 2km / 7 minutes’ drive away. For those looking to savour a fun meal out or stock up the kitchen cupboards, the resort amenities of central Argentière are just 4 minutes’ drive away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
