Location description from owner

The Central Portugal region

Central Portugal is a rural part of Portugal that remains relatively undiscovered by the hordes of tourists that are normally attracted to the Algarve in the South. There are forests and rivers, mountains and valleys, rural villages and ancient cities to explore.

Arganil

Coja is a small market town of approx. 1500 inhabitants in the district of Arganil The Rio Alva runs through the centre and is spanned by an ancient Roman bridge to join the 2 halves. “Great location for walking into Coja, spacious and comfortable”

Reviewed 20 May 2015

This house is ideal for access to Coja, and is on the road for Barril. Close to the river, it has good views . The small garden and upstairs terrace are lovely sunny areas to sit outside. It is spacious ,with bedrooms both up and down the stairs, and a very large dining area. It is well equipped, and the owner is very happy to help with any concerns.
