Description

Large villa with a view on the Mediterranean Sea. Ideal for relaxing or active holidays with the entire family. 40 minutes north of Barcelona with 7 bedrooms, 4,000m2 garden, swimming pool and a very quiet and green environment. Golf course with sea views at 6km.

There are nicely sloping roads with few cars surrounding the house which make it an ideal training ground for professional as well as amateur cyclists/runners.

The golf course with sea views at Sant Vicenc de Montalt offers an electric buggy and 2 green fees for 72 euros during weekdays.

The city of Barcelona can be reached in 35-40 minutes and both the Girona as well as the Barcelona airport are within 1 hour by car.

The house and garden are designed for maximum fun with the extended family, including a bunk bed with a slide, a kids play zone, trampoline, darts and swimming pool with various toys.

The jacuzzi, new kitchen and furniture help in having a great time out of the hectic daily life.

First beer from the tap at arrival is on the house!
