Typical holiday apartment on the first floor, only 250 meters from the beach. Two bedrooms, both twin bedded.. Spacious living/eating area with semi openplan kitchen. Kitchen has an electric cooker and oven, microwave oven, large fridge/freezer, electric kettle, espresso machine fit for local cups and washingmachine.

Bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet. Apartment has Dutch satelite TV (with two UK Channels: BBC World and Sky News) and WIFI. Large balcony with table and chairs and parasol. Situated on the Rua Oliveira Martins in Praia da Oura, only 100 meters from the famous Clube Paia da Oura. Small supermarket and bakery just around the corner for first needs. Free on-streetparking (when available). Paid off-street parking (garage) available at 1 walking minute. Only 5 walking minutes from the famous Strip, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from for your entertainment. Albufeira Old Town a mere 2 kilometers away. Stay is on a bed only basis, cleaning, linnen and towelchange once a week. Extra cleaning/linnen/towels possible at additional cost.

    El apartamento está muy bien. Cerca de una bonita playa. Aunque no es culpa de los propietarios, en los edificios cercanos hay demasiados jóvenes borrachos haciendo ruido por las noches.
