1 Harbour Loft is a stylish architect designed contemporary 3 story townhouse. A pretty first floor balcony opens from the dining area overlooking the historic inner harbour of the picturesque fishing village of Ardglass with its marina and award winning restaurants. Dating back to medieval times Ardglass boasts no less than 6 ancient castles and towers. All rooms have harbour views.

The property is the perfect base for exploring the natural beauty and cultural history of County Down the magical Mountains of Mourne – the beautiful and world renowned Strangford Lough and Nature Reserve at Murlough Bay – and the historic town of Downpatrick – burial place and central to the story of Ireland's patron Saint - Patrick.

With Ardglass Golf Club a mere short walk away from the house – (awarded the prestigious Irish Links course of the year for 2011) and the world famous Royal County Down links a short drive away, 1 Harbour Loft offers the perfect base to enjoy links golf at it's very finest.

1 Harbour Loft is self catering accommodation approved by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board and has World Host certification. On the 1st floor the balcony opens off the dining area with an outdoor table and seating for 2. Eat alfresco watching small fishing boats and occasionally seals in the harbour below. All rooms have views across Ardglass habours and marina to the Irish Sea. An international charger (mobiles etc) is available on request.

The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 6 persons. There are 3 bedrooms – 1 king with ensuite shower, WC & wash basin (2nd floor), 1 double and 1 twin (ground floor). The family bathroom with bath is also on the ground floor. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven & halogen hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster and microwave. Kitchen towels and cleaning essentials are provided. Laundry facilities with washing machine/tumble dryer, iron & ironing board are provided on the ground floor.

Modern townhouse in excellent location within the beautiful town of Ardglass. The house is very well equipped for a self catering stay. This my first visit to Ardglass but would return.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Nu (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
