Detached bungalow, recently refurbished, in the grounds of Georgian country house on working farm in wooded setting beside the River Tar. It is situated in quiet location at the foot of the Knockmealdown Mountains in large gardens with riverside walks about 1½ miles from the attractive village of Clogheen for nearest shops, pubs and restaurant. Ballyboy Castle, Cahir Castle, Rock of Cashel and historic town of Lismore. Hill walking, golf, horse riding, beach 40 mins. Trout/salmon fishing on Tar, Suir and Blackwater rivers. Garden furniture.

Inside: Comfortably furnished and well equipped with kitchen/sitting/dining room with wood burning stove, bathroom with W.C. and separate shower and three bedrooms, one with a double and two with two single beds only. Oil and solid fuel central heating. Duvets (blankets supplied). TV/DVD. CD. Washing machine/dryer. Dishwasher. Microwave. Fridge/freezer. High chair. Pets welcome (3 maximum).
