“Beautiful apartment well maintained and high standard of cleanliness”

Reviewed 28 Aug 2016

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful well equipped apartment. The apartment is centrally located and offers security in the form of key pad access. The apartment was maintained to a high standard and presented as cleaned.

Owner's reply: Thank you for your lovely review hope to see you next year :-)

“Lovely apartment”

Reviewed 14 Jul 2016

We stayed in the apartment for a week at the beginning of July and had a great time. Upon arrival we found the apartment to be spotlessly clean with beds made up and towels supplied. The apartment is well presented with modern, good quality furnishings. It is part of a small complex which appears to be well managed. The complex itself is quiet with a mixture of permanent residents and holiday makers. This is a gated complex with underground parking. The apartment is on the first floor with panoramic views from the kitchen and lounge areas. Access can be via steps from the main street below or for those with limited mobility by lift from the underground car park. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Ardara. The Corner House Pub is just down a few steps where you can be sure of a warm welcome and there appeared to be traditional music most nights. Just across the road is Nancy's Pub which is renowned for it's seafood menu. Prices seemed reasonable. The Heritage Centre is straight across the road where you can pick up a lunchtime snack. All in all a very comfortable apartment in a nice complex. A good base for touring South West Donegal and we would definitely consider a return visit.

Owner's reply: Thank you Billy what a wonderful review hope to see you next year :-)

“Made most welcome.”

Reviewed 13 Jul 2016

Arrived a little early but made most welcome in The Corner House bar where the keys are collected, Ann gave us a full briefing around the property. The location and ease both by vehicle and by the pedestrian gate is excellent/secure. Centrally located in Ardara it is ideal for venturing out during the day and equally for an evening in the local hostelries(Corner House bar). If you are planning a self catering or dining out holiday in Ardara, this is an ideal location.

Owner's reply: Thank you for your review David hope to see you again next year :-)

“Fabulous stay”

Reviewed 25 Jun 2016

I would highly recommend this apartment, beautifully furnished, fantastic location, and offering a wealth of places to visit. Ann the owner showed us around and explained how everything worked, she was especially friendly and nothing was too much troubless. A big plus was the free sat TV box, as believe me we have stayed in many places in ireland and been bored rigid by the terrible broadcasts on RTE ! We had a fantastic week exploring some of the most fabulous beaches you will ever find, and having visited the Seychelles and Mauritius the only difference would have to be the slightly warmer temperatures, plus the odd palm tree. The Sands are power white and there is no one around to spoilt your enjoyment. Ardara is a small friendly place to stay, and the pubs have nightly Irish music sessions if you want entertainment. Again highly recommend this apartment.

Owner's reply: Thankyou Niall hope to see you again next year!!!
