Westward Ho! with its 2 miles of golden sandy beach, surfing and family amusements is only a 5 minute drive. Ideally located for touring the whole of North Devon with its wealth of popular beaches, coastal walks and attractions which include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, National Trust’s Arlington Court and many more. In the evenings, relax on the decking with seating and BBQ or enjoy a meal in one of the many local pubs or restaurants serving good food.

Lounge/diner: open-plan area with TV and DVD. Kitchen: well-equipped and modern with gas hob and cooker, microwave and dishwasher. Utility area: washing machine and fridge with ice compartment. Outside: small courtyard with steep steps leading to a long, sloping garden and double private carport. Access to the carport is via a very narrow road (can be negiotated with care by a people carrier). Decked patio with seating, BBQ and distant estuary views (Caution must be taken with small children) Amenities: bed linen, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 well behaved dog welcome, 2 dogs by arrangement. Location: beach 2 miles, shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Arrival: 3pm.
