Nestling in one of Appledore's quaint streets and close to the bustling quayside where you can look across the water towards the seaside village of Instow.

Enjoy days exploring the hidden cobbled streets around the village, or visit one of the areas popular attractions including The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Clovelly, Dartington Crystal, RHS Rosemoor and Tapeley Park to name just a few. Take a short drive over to the sand dunes of Instow, or enjoy the 2 miles of golden sand at the beach of Westward Ho! which is just a short 5 minute drive. In the evenings stroll along the quayside or eat out at one of the many family pubs, cafes and restaurants or pick up locally caught fish and chips.

The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms all accessed via an open tread staircase: 1 king-size with sea views, 1 double and 1 bunk. Shower room: with large walk-in and WC. Lounge: with tiled floor, exposed
