Description from owner

Description

The Old Bakehouse is full of seaside character and charm. Situated right on the estuary with spectacular views over the River Torridge to Instow and beyond and across the estuary to Braunton Burrows. This view can be enjoyed from the private sun-trapped patio and many of the rooms, including kitchen, sitting room and master bedroom. The Old Bakehouse really was the bakery for the village and the oven itself has been converted into a beautiful snug with cushions, TV and DVD player.

Delightful walled and paved patio garden adjoins the estuary and provides the perfect vantage point from which to observe the movement of craft and birdlife on the estuary waters and to enjoy fishing and crabbing off the back wall at high tide or just relax and listen to the lapping waters. At low tide you can just walk onto the beach.

Accomodatioin includes: master bedroom with double bed and spectacular estuary views, double bedroom with double bed and single bed and further double bedroom
