A good selection of adult and children's books and games are provided. Appledore and the surrounding area are one of the most welcoming dog friendly places in the UK, most pubs and cafes allow dogs in. Well behaved dogs are welcome, maximum of two and no puppies.

Children are welcome, there are fitted stair-gates, two travel cots and two highchairs are all available free of charge. There is selection of books, games, DVDs and a small toy box, a range children's and adult books and games are provided.

The cottage has been planned and equipped to provide a comfortable relaxing home from home. There are four double bedrooms, two twin one with estuary views, one double with estuary views and one super king that is en suite. The sitting room/diner with estuary views has two 2 seater sofas and dining table to seat 8, the second sitting room at the front of the house has two large 2 seater sofas. There are 4 TVs, two in bedrooms 1 and 4 and both sitting rooms, DVD players in both sitting rooms and a CD player with Ipod docking station in front sitting room. The family bathroom has a full size bath with an integral shower with a good water pressure, the ensuite bathroom has a corner bath with shower head. Broadband is connected to the property.

There are two terraces both with spectacular estuary and sea views. They are accessed from the sitting room and the first floor landing. The first floor terrace is equipped quality out door furniture, a large bench that also doubles up as storage for the two tables, 4 chairs.

Parking - You can drive your car alongside the property to unload but it cannot be left there. Parking is available a short distance away in a public car park located at the back of Irsha Street, occasionally you can park free at the top of Irsha Street.
