"Stunning Villa with Breathtaking Views!"
This was our third successive year at Villa Anatoli and cannot recommend it highly enough. We range in age between 3 and 72 and find that it is perfect for each one of us to give us a relaxing week away as a home-from-home (if only home always had that much sun and such amazing sea views, we'd never have to go anywhere!). The villa itself is of an extremely high standard and we have always found everything we could have needed during our trip in terms of facilities, kitchen items and even a selection of board games (for the odd rainy day on this occasion). The large swimming pool is a hit with the children, together with the numerous inflatable items and balls that can be used in it, the hot tub is a hit with everyone and certainly gets great use during our stays and the roof terrace is a relaxing way to enjoy a moments peace with an absolutely stunning sea view. There have been recent renovation works to the villa and these have enhanced both the interior (with in particular a fantastic new master bedroom and associated en-suite) and exterior (consisting of a lovely new barbecue area with large stone table and also a new impressively-lit walkway and sprial staircase to the roof terrace). There is a lot of outdoor space and there are a number of different outdoor seating areas too so there is always somewhere suitable regardless of whether you are looking for sun or shade. Other notable and popular features were Sky Sports (to keep up with the odd bit of football) and Sonos (good for music, although the kids understood it far better than me). We split our evenings between BBQs at the villa and meals out in Paphos, which is around a 25 minute drive away, but definitely worth the trip. Aphrodite Hills is a lovely resort and this villa is at the far side of it so I would definitely recommend a car if staying here. It is around a 15 minute drive from Paphos airport and around 15 minutes to a decent sized supermarket in Pissouri. Mike (the owner) has always answered any query quickly and provided great guidance as to the villa itself, directions to it and other information on the local area as and when needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to others.
Thanks again for your custom. So nice to know people keep wanting to come back and enjoy the villa like we do.

Every bit as lovely as it looks in the photos. Our second visit, but the first after the addition of an extra bedroom, en suite, new kitchen, upstairs patio and new BBQ area.Wow..........lovely before, perfect now. One of the best views over the golf course and lovely to wake up and see the sea. Fabulous place to stay with friends. The Villa is wonderfully well equipped, with lots of little touches and attention to detail which instantly makes it feel like home. Choice of several outside eating areas, comfy sofas, great views, all very spacious. Mike was great to deal with, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. A car is required to get around. I can highly recommend the Spa on the resort as well as the Tennis and Golf, all easy enough to book when you are there.Plenty of places to eat and drink on the Aphrodite Hills resort and you can get a reasonably priced taxi or minibus if you do not fancy driving or fancy venturing to one of the pretty villages nearby.
Many thanks lovely to hear the changes we have put into the villa work so we ll for guests. Look forward to having you to stay in our villa again.

"WOW!!! What a Villa..."
Had the best stay at Villa Anatoli. The Villa is of exceptional quality and maintained to the highest level. Mike, the owner and Maria the (almost) "on resort" host are both fantastic. I had many questions before we booked (and travelled) as well as many whilst we were in Cyprus all of which were speedily answered and all assitance and help was given with pleasure. Aphrodite Hills is a good base and also a great location to travel around the island. The Villa is about 4km from the main square in Aphrodite Hills so you really do need to rent a car, but we rarely used the on sight restaurants opting for those of the local villages which proved both better quality and value. Notable restaurants were The Hideaway and the Bunch of Grapes in Pissouri and Thanassis Place in Kouklia. If trying out watersports in Cyprus avoid the main beach of Coral Bay where the cost was more than double that of the offerings on beaches such as Pissouri. I can highly recommend renting the Villa...a wonderful experience..
Thanks so much for all your kind words. Maria is a gem and really wants to make sure each and every guest has the best possible holiday experience.

Nine adults, including our son, fiance and our 18 month grandson stayed for two weeks in June. The reason being our son was getting married at Aphrodite Hills Hotel during our stay. The villa was perfect for us all. We arrived late on the Saturday evening, so the welcome pack of food was greatly appreciated for breakfast the next day. The villa is extremely spacious and the new master bedroom suite is fantastic. Location wise a car is necessary and there is a large supermarket in Paphos which is more reasonably priced than the one on site. The restaurants on site are pleasant, but we enjoyed Pissouri and found a lovely restaurant in the square where the food was very good and again, the cost was very reasonable. Paphos was pleasant and we ate a couple of times by the harbour which was lovely. The pool and surrounding area at the villa was excellent and the poolman came regularly so it was lovely and clean, as was the rest of the villa which is extremely comfortable and very, very well equipped. It was, unsurprisingly, very hot during our stay, so the air con was a welcome bonus, especially for our grandson during his afternoon siesta. We utilised the barbeque one night and, again, this was great, we played Monopoly and drank wine whilst the sun went down. A number of the wedding guests dropped by over the course of our stay and were absolutely stunned by our fabulous villa. The seating area at the very top of the villa affords fantastic views and is lovely and shaded. One evening when the guys were watching the football (World Cup), us ladies relaxed on the wonderful settees drinking a cool glass of wine! The villa is very peaceful and quiet. Some of our group visited a number of the local historical sites and found them of great interest. Whilst our main reason for visiting Cyprus was to attend our son's wedding, this fabulous villa certainly contributed to a very memorable stay.
Thanks so much for your kind words. We do continually look to improve the villa for our own benefit as well as for our guests. Great to hear your wedding went so well and that the villa suited everyone's needs.
