Guests at ' the heertje ' is located in the Apeldoornse neighbourhood Oud-Zuid. Old South was once a secluded neighbourhood and is grown in the post-war construction revolution fixed to the Centre of Apeldoorn. The Guest House is a Garden House behind no. 41. the cottage is equipped with central heating and air conditioning so good all year round, to move into. The Heertje has a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. What are kitchen facilities included in the living room so that a small meal possible. There is a refrigerator and a microwave. The sleeping accommodation consists of a double bed on the beganegrondvloer and a French bed on the balcony floor. The cottage offers space for 4 adults.

The guesthouse is used for different guests. Just the facilities and service.

Whatever you do comes in Apeldoorn, visiting the monkey Zoo ' de apenheul ' or the Palace het Loo, a working visit with your customers or whatever, in the heertje are you return home.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Hermanjan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
