Villa Raeya is a peaceful 5-bedroom retreat, complete with a swimming pool, set in a quiet and tropical garden. This property sleeps up to 8 persons and is ideal for a small group of friends and families who are looking for comfort and privacy. The villa comprises a one-story building, a private 10 × 4 meter swimming pool, a tropical garden, air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioned living and dining area, fully functional kitchen, and complimentary WiFi internet access is available.

Villa Raeya is a family-friendly holiday home and in easy walking distance to the Noppharat Beach and perfectly located for dining, shopping or taking in the best islands by long tail boats for the National parks of the Andaman sea. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance and service provided.

Your English-speaking Villa Manager (Prakong) will show you around the property and will be there for you for the duration of your stay. She is on-call to answer any queries that you may have and is contactable via a pre-paid villa mobile phone. Prakong can dispense a full range of services from booking fun excursions to recommending a great Krabi restaurant.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
