Our apartment in the centre of Antwerp, on 100m from the Cathedral feels a bit like coming home. You can sense the warm and cosy character of our spacious guest apartment (90m2). Enjoy the authentic wooden floor, spend your holiday surrounded by Modern Art and have breakfast on the private patio.

In a quiet street in the centre of Antwerp, next to the Vrijdagmarkt (= Friday market), you can roam the sparkling city during the daytime and enjoy a quiet night. We offer you a fully equipped kitchen, free Wifi and free digital TV. Our apartment is the ideal base camp for the exploration of our beloved city.

We are always very involved and check our apartments after cleaning so that they are absolutely perfect before our guests arrive. I am so sorry but the day you arrived was a very hectic day on which everything that could go wrong went wrong: a sick cleaning lady that called off very late, a sick daughter so we couldn't check the apartment before you arrived. We got called and heard too late that the toilet tissue was finished. It is absolutely standard and there is always plenty. I do apologies for the inconvenience! How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dieter (the owner) a message.

If Dieter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
