Description

As this little paradise is located excellently in the back of the village, it is an ideal holiday home for guests looking for privacy, authenticity and peace, whilst staying within walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops. The villa has it’s own private tropical garden, a private pool and is fully staffed.

The villa is situated on a property of 600 square meters and consists of a living room with and open space kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The villa is a heavenly place offering accommodation to six guests. The location - in the authentic Balinese village Kalibukbuk which is a part of Lovina - is perfect for lovers of authenticity, local life and nature. The center and the beach of Lovina are within walking distance of the villa.

The meaning of Udara in Indonesian is “air” and is also used for “breeze”. We chose the name Villa Udara during the ceremony for the “foundation stone”, when we were surprised by a very welcome breeze of fresh air. Udara is also a genus of butterflies; the species are found in the Indomalaya Ecozone, of which Bali belongs to.

The villa is totally private and has a fully equipped kitchen, with a microwave, blender, rice cooker, coffee maker, toaster, plates, glasses, dining table, refrigerator. But because the staff can cook you delicious meals it’s not necessary to cook yourself. But of course you can, and the staff is more than willing to help you and do the groceries.

Furthermore we have 3 bedrooms with king size beds, airco and mosquito nets around the beds. Attached you find at every bedroom large wardrobes and a private bathroom with shower, toilet, towels and toilet gears. Every bedroom has it’s own safe deposit box.

For the little ones we have a baby-cot and baby-chair available.

There is fast speed WIFI for free available, with a speed of 30Mb and WIFI connection available in all rooms and outside area, skype and YouTube works very well without interruptions. There are 78 Tv channels available, including kids movies and HBO movie channel plus CNN news. A DVD player is installed plus a collection of roughly 50 DVD's. There is a Bluetooth speaker so as a guest you can connect and play your favorite songs.

In the villa you find a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, so bring your favorite coffee cups and enjoy your personal taste of coffee.

In the garden you find your private pool, 6 sun-beds, a Bale Benong for relaxing, reading or enjoy a massage.

In the evening you can dine outside under the frangipani three, with candlelight’s makes it a very romantic place. So also for lovers, honeymooners and if you have something to celebrate the villa is the place.

If you want to enjoy paradise Bali this is the place you want to stay. Close to the hustle, but private and quite enough to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Including in the rent of the villa you also have full service of the staff, housekeeping, cook, gardener, security and help-desk manager. The staff works 6 days a week/8 hours a day.

Our team is respectful of your privacy; please consult us in case you would prefer to have minimal staffing in the villa during your stay.

Prices for food are affordable, the cost of living is still lower in this northern part of Bali.
