Description

Clonmoor Cottage, a cosy stone cottage, approx.150 years old, with it's own secluded garden is the perfect location for a relaxing break or for exploring the beautiful scenery of  County Antrim's Coast and Glens.

It's situation is convenient to both Randalstown and Antrim for shopping and Lough Neagh, 4miles, offers watersports, bird watching and fishing.

This well equipped cottage provides a sitting room, with seating for 6, open fire and rocking chair.The large modern kitchen/diner, with countryside view, leads through patio doors to the cobbled patio and garden. A utility room, containing washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer, leads from the kitchen.There is a separate toilet and basin.

The three bedrooms are furnished with a king size, a double and two single beds. The family bathroom has a bath with electric shower, toilet and basin. .

The all inclusive price includes: starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits; fire starter pack of logs, kindling and coal; electricity and heating fuel; bedding, bed linen and towels; free WiFi  and free private parkiing.

Set in beautiful countryside the area is an ideal holiday base. Just relax and enjoy or for something a little more active there are plenty of opportunities for golf, fishing, water sports, walking and cycling.

If bygone times interest you then there are many ancient monuments, heritage sites and historic buildings to explore.

Local activities include: Fishing - River and lake, Children's Playground 2 miles. Forest walks and Bird watching 3 miles.Leisure Club with gym, hot-tub, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, golf, football pitch, cinema, Bowling, and Tennis courts 4 miles.

Local shops, pub, restaurants are all within a 2 mile radius.

How do damage deposits work?
