Perfectly located just behind the main square in Antibes, Place General du Gaulle. This 25sqm studio is located on the 6th floor of Antibes Plaza a new development completed in early 2011.

This a one room studio, with a balcony giving sea views and a great place to relax with a coffee or a glass or wine at either end of the day.

Although this studio is small it has everything you need and as with all RentRiviera properties it has been designed and furnished to make your stay here easy and relaxed. There is a good quality sofa bed, which folds out into a comfortable double bed.

The kitchen area is beautiful with a gorgeous sparkly work top and splashback and is very well equipped with a full size oven and hob, a fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. This is possibly the easiest location in which to stay in Antibes. There are bus stops located immediately outside of this development. There is a large public underground car park beneath the apartments, and

There are shops located on the ground floor and you are only a few steps from everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay.

The studio is located on the 6th floor with lift and stair access. The building is a high quality development and there is secure coded entry.

Being a studio, everything is close at hand, there is a flat screen TV with French and UK TV channels. There is also wifi internet access. The sofa become a very comfortable double bed. The table can open up to provide a large dining area, and also has useful storage built in. The chest of drawers also has a make up mirror in the top. All items of furniture have been chosen to be multi-purpose as well as beautifully designed.

The shower room has a W/C, a hand basin and a shower cubicle. There is also a heated towel rail.

The kitchen is well designed and is equipped with a full-size oven and hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
