Superb ground floor apartment with small garden, only 50 metres to sandy beaches and 200 to the old town of Antibes. Everything is within easy reach on foot: Picasso museum, Provençal market, Europe's largest pleasure port, plenty of restaurants, walk or run around the Cap d'Antibes...the night life of Juan-les-Pins is just 1 kilometre away. To go further afield, the train and bus station are a pleasant 10 minute walk, with regular services to Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Grasse...There is a car park with the apartment although you definitely do not need a car to appreciate what Antibes and the region has to offer.

The apartment is close to all amenities, but in a quiet location. The private small terrace and garden is a perfect location to take your breakfast or drinks in the evening prior to discovering one of the many restaurants Antibes and Juan have to offer.

The French Riviera - Cote d'Azur region

Perfect location for all that Antibes and Juan-les-Pins has, all easily reachable on foot - no car needed! Public transport is excellent and the joint bus-train station is just ~10 minutes walk away. Trains to Nice, Monaco, Italy, Cannes....buses inland to Grasse, Valbonne, Biot, St. Paul de Vence.....- no car needed! (although the apartment comes with private underground parking).

Antibes

The apartment is perfectly located for sandy beaches, closest just across the road, and a pleasant walk along the Remparts to the old town and its provençal market, shady cafes and wide choice of exciting restaurants. In spite of its central location, the apartment is very quiet and tranquil, particularly on its private outside terrace/garden for a breakfast, lazy lunch or tranquil evening dinner.
