This modern apartment block is ideally located in the centre of Antibes just 200m from the town square - the 'Place du General de Gaulle'. The seafront and beaches are only a short 10 minute stroll away and the Old Town with its narrow streets, Provençal market and abundance of restaurants is less than 400m away. The apartment block is also well positioned for access to the neighbouring seaside resort of Juan les Pins which is within a 20 minute walk. The apartment has a very clean and modern feel to it - it is also set back from the main road so is quiet in the evenings. There is a supermarket and bakery just 50m away from the building. The apartment also benefits from a secure underground parking space if required, WiFi, and UK FreeSat TV.

“Ideal central location”

If you travel by train this apartment is in an ideal location , 10 mins walk from Antibes train station, short walk to the beach and also into Jaun-le-Pins although the No 1 bus is very handy for tired legs. The apartment itself is clean,comfortable with a lovely balcony for outside dining, also has English Chanel TV ,DVDs ,wifi, radio,nice shower I could go on but everything you require for a relaxing holiday is provided for you. From the moment of booking to our return Carl was extremely helpful keys sent with copy of handbook explaining where the apartment is located and all relevant information before your departure, takes away any concerns you think you have, no need, just book and relax .I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. Thanks again Carl .

Enjoyed another great stay at this lovely spacious apartment. Ideal location, minutes from beaches, shops and restaurants. No 250 Bus from nice airport made it an easy transfer to apartment. We used Public transport to get around and about which was on time and pram friendly so came in useful with two small tired children, two prams and a lilo after a day at the beach in Juan les Pins. Visited Cannes, Monaco and Ile St Marguerite along with most of the local beaches. Everything you could need for a great holiday in Antibes. British TV and wifi very welcome distraction for the children and large sunny balcony great for breakfast and lovely place to relax with a beer or rosé when the children were asleep. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We had such an amazing time, I have been to Antibes before and it is an amazing part of the world. The apartment was perfect, well equipped with everything you need to cook a wonderful meal as well as plenty of space to relax. The location is brilliant, very quite and just a few minutes walk from the centre of Antibes. The owner was very helpful and all in all it was completely hassle free! Thank you, we will be coming to stay again! Highly recommend staying here!

This spacious apartment is in a great central location with a local supermarket located only 50m away.The apartment is located inside a very well maintained building and is entered via a good security system, internally its very quiet. The published description of this apartment is very accurate and is exactly what you will find but I can add that it has a light,modern and very comfortable living space with a large balcony which although looking over other balconies still has it own privacy and due to its near south facing location it enjoys long periods of sunshine throughout the day.We are delighted to have found this property in Antibes and undoubtedly we will have no hesitation in booking again.

We spent a week here and found the apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Although it is close to the centre of things, it is really quiet. The terrace is a real sun trap. There's even a supermarket just outside the front door, so everything is close at hand. Great place to stay.

My husband and I stayed in the apt for 1 week in October 2011 It was just perfect for us. The balcony is a great size and it gets the sun from early morning to aprox 4.00 in the evening. The apt is very centrally located and was clean and bright. The bed room is a good size and very quite at night time. We had a wonderful stay and we would love to return. Also if you need transport from the airport Cyril was wonderful. It was great to be collected and for 50 euro great value. He also told us lots about the ares and gave us lots of ideas on where to go. If I had a complaint about the apt it is that it needs a nest of tables. Nowhere to put our wine glasses!!! “A perfect location in the perfect city on the Cote d'Azur”

This apartment has a large, comfortable balcony overlooking a garden separating it from other apartment buildings. Away from traffic, it was a welcome oasis in the evening for the calm, peace, and coolness it provided. The sun in June warmed the balcony pleasantly in the morning, providing a lovely breakfast site. Shopping is truly convenient, and the beautiful, charming old town, the yacht harbour, and the beaches are a comfortable walk away. We appreciated the free parking for our rental car. The train station and the bus station are both within easy walking distance for those who want to venture to other cities along the coast using public transit. We cooked our own breakfasts and dinners most days during our three-week stay, and found that the modern kitchen provided for all our needs. We headed for the balcony again for most of our evening meals. We highly recommend this perfectly-situated apartment, which was a wonderful home away from home for us.

Having been to Antibes many many times it was great to have an apartment that was just so handy to everything. Four minuted to the old Town with it's wonderful restaurants, Picasso museum and fun crowds. And then just a stroll to the local beaches with Juan Les Pins another fifteen minute walk away. The apartment is smart, with a great balcony and with everything you need. Thank you Carl for yet another great holiday in Antibes
