Situated on the 3rd floor ( with lift and stairs ) in a prestigious, recently constructed residency on leafy Blvd Albert Premier, close to the Old Town and only yards from the promenade and beach, this highly desirable modern apartment is tastefully furnished and fitted throughout to the highest standards. It is the ideal holiday home for families and friends to enjoy the beaches and all the amenities of Antibes.

The spacious living area includes two large sofas, (seating six adults comfortably), a large flat screen TV which receives English TV and radio channels and a good size dining table with four chairs. A balcony receiving morning and early afternoon sun is accessed through patio doors and is perfect for a leisurely breakfast or pre lunch aperitifs. The kitchen ( with a breakfast bar and chairs ) is fully fitted with modern appliances - oven, hob, grill, extractor, large fridge / freezer, washing machine and dish washer.

The two good size bedrooms include floor to ceiling, mirrored, fitted wardrobes, one double bed and two single beds, bedside units and lamps. As both bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment, there is no road or traffic noise directly outside.

The fully tiled bathroom includes a full size bath with overhead shower, a heated towel rail and a vanity unit with wash basin.

There is a separate w.c. with a second hand basin.

All windows are double glazed and have electrically operated shutters. Air conditioning has been installed in the living area and the effect is felt throughout the apartment. A small parking space is provided in the underground car park.

All guests are met on arrival and departure by a resident English couple who are on hand throughout your stay

The rental price is inclusive of internet, electricity, water, good quality bed linen and the end of stay clean - however it is a requirement that the apartment is left in a reasonably clean condition on departure

Towels are not included in the rental price but may be hired at 10 euros for one hand and one bath towel

A refundable security deposit is required

The French Riviera - Cote d'Azur region

With over 300 days of sun a year the French Riviera remains one of the most popular holiday destinations in the world. The glitzy and stylish town of Cannes, the city of Nice with many museums, art galleries and charming Old Town , Monte Carlo with the Palace, Casino and Grand Prix circuit and St Tropez with its beaches, boutiques and bars are all accessible by public transport which is efficient and reasonably priced. Inland there are many villages perched on the hillsides well worth a visit such as St Paul ( Art and Provencal produce ), Biot ( Glassware ) , Vallauris ( Pottery ) and Valbonne ( which can all be reached by public bus ).


Attractions for youngsters at Biot ( a short bus or train ride ) are Marineland ( with the dolphin and killer whale show ), Aquasplash water park, Amusement Park with rides , Wild West theme park, The Farm and mini golf.


There are plently of places closeby for walking ( there is a very scenic walk around the Cap d' Antibes, the Valmasque forest, Park Vaugrenier ) and there are also several local shops to hire cycles and bikes.


Antibes Centre Ville

Antibes is located between Cannes and Nice in the heart of the French Riviera and has a special charm and character of its own. The Old Town, which dates back to the fourth century b.c. consists of a maze of narrow streets, alleys and public squares brimming with cafes, bars, restaurants ,shops and markets. Port Vauban, which provides a resting place to many of the worlds largest superyachts is well worth a look. There are numerous clean, sandy beaches which are rated amongst the best and most popular in the South of France.

Juan les Pins ( a modern holiday resort ) is also close by and although it is best enjoyed between Easter time and the autumn it offers sandy beaches, bars, restaurants and a vibrant nightlife.

Throughout France and in particular the Riviera, there are many festivals, fetes, exhibitions and concerts held on a regular basis.

“A perfect apartment that feels like a home from home”

The apartment is secure, spotless and modern with excellent access to the city centre, beaches, museums, shops etc. The location is quiet as the balcony opens onto a side street. The air con in the lounge quickly cools the whole apartment down, the only minor downside to that leaving bedroom doors open. Everything is there that you need and the hosts are helpful, even booking us a beach club for the day, which proved to be a great choice. Would go back as Antibes is a lovely location and trains take you up and down the coast easily and cheaply. Did not use the parking space as decided a car was not necessary. This really was a great find and one of the best apartments and locations we have stayed in. My teenage daughter loved the bakery run and the instant access to Antibes shops, whilst we all enjoyed evening walks along the walls to the old town and the amazing streets, markets and shops there. At the end of our week we hired a car to drive to a second property down the coast near St Tropez and with a Sixt rental location one block away it could not have been easier.
