This modern and well furnished apartment is situated in the residential building of La Pleiade in Antibes, which is within easy walking distance of The Old Town, the sandy beaches and the public transport system.

The spacious lounge includes a large, modern L-shaped sofa, a large flat screen TV which has English TV programmes & radio, a DVD player, music centre and a large teak dining table with six chairs. Two French windows lead onto the balcony and separate terrace.

The kitchen is situated independently and has been professionally designed and fitted. Appliances include a four ring electric hob, cooker and hood, a large fridge / freezer, microwave oven, a toaster and a kettle.

Both bedrooms are fitted with double beds, wardrobes and shelving with plenty of storage space and ambient lighting.

The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, vanity unit with wash basin, WC and a washing machine.

A second WC with a wash handbasin is housed in a separate room.

As the apartment is located on the interior side of the building, overlooking the garden area, it is in a particularly quiet position due to no road or traffic noise directly outside the apartment.

Internet / WiFi is available in the apartment. The apartment is fully double glazed and is air conditioned throughout. English TV and radio channels are available.

Rental prices are quoted in sterling for a seven night stay.

Payment is accepted in sterling and euros (please request a quote if you wish to pay in euros), preferably by bank transfer. However, if a bank transfer is not convenient, we will consider other options.

An initial deposit of 25% is required to reserve the apartment.

The balance of the rental will be due six weeks before the start of the holiday.

All bookings within six weeks of the start date are to be paid in full, in advance.

The rental price includes electricity, water, internet, bed linen and the end of stay clean - although it is a requirement that the apartment is left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition on departure.

Towels (for use in the apartment) may be hired as an optional extra at 10 euros a set for one bath and one hand towel.

A refundable security deposit is required which is held against loss of keys, damage or if the apartment is not left in a reasonable condition on departure.

“Decent value within walking distance of old town”

Friendly welcome and pickup from the meeters and greaters and nothing to much trouble, very good. The appartment is well equiped for entertaining and cooking. the down side is the bathroom is a little basic we felt the shower was too small and could do with an overhaul (no bath). The loung area is roomey and the english channels and free wifi excellent we have two teens. My husband and I felt the balconies are big but the view is of other appartments and people! takes a bit of getting used to (no privacy). But for two weeks in August the cost for the accomodation was very good and aircon fantastic. best beach is in old town La Gravett.

“Nice quiet apartment close to shops and beach”

We took advantage of the very reasonably priced airport transfer from Nice offered by the couple who look after the apartment and so check in was very easy. A cot, babybath and high chair for our 11 month old were provided free and although it was a tight squeeze to get the cot into the second bedroom, it was much better than having her in our room. The apartment is spacious, attractive, well fitted out (for both cooking and entertainment) and very quiet as it faces into the central courtyard. It is less than 10' walk from the beach and the old town. There is permanent hot water and free broadband so you can use your smartphone in the flat without any mega-connection charges. We has a small cupboard door/light fitting collision which the caretakers sorted out within an hour as they live close by, Any negatives? Only minor ones: The kitchen is small but we prepared all our evening meals there no problem. The bathroom has no window but that is quite common in an apartment. The tv has all the English freesat channels but there is no aerial so forget about watching French TV if that is your thing. A comfy, clean and convenient home to let you enjoy Antibes and the surrounding country.
