This modern apartment (completed October 2010) on the 3rd floor of a prestigious residency (six floors in total) is tastefully fitted and furnished throughout to the highest standard and comfortably sleeps four adults.Set in a convenient and central location in the town (a one minute walk to the main square of Place General de Gaulle), the apartment is located in a particularly quiet position, on the internal side of the residential building, with no road (and traffic) directly outside. The good size, west facing balcony, overlooking the garden area, includes a dining table with four chairs, outdoor lighting and a sun umbrella and benefits from the sun from lunchtime to late afternoon. The lounge which opens onto the balcony includes a stylish black leather sofa and matching leather chair, a flat screen TV with English channels, a DVD player and a music system with iPod dock. Both bedrooms include floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes with ample storage and hanging space, furniture and bedside tables with modern lighting.The bathroom includes a top quality , spacious, shower cubicle, a vanity unit with wash basin and a heated towel rail.The w.c is housed separately and includes a washhand basin.The apartment is fully double glazed with electric operated window shutters.Internet / Wifi is also provided at the apartment. A baby cot and high chair will be provided on requestUnderground parking at the residence is available with the apartment
Rental prices for a seven night stay are quoted in sterling but payment is accepted in sterling, euros or US dollars
(the euro and US dollar price will be quoted on request )
A booking is secured on payment of an initial deposit of 25%
The balance of the rental price will be due eight weeks before the start date
Bookings within eight weeks of the start date are to be paid in full, in advance
Payment is preferred by bank transfer, although we will try to be flexible if this is not suitable and can offer payment by PayPal.
The rental price includes all utilities ( electricity & water ), internet/wifi, good quality bed linen and the end of stay clean although it is a requirement that the apartment is left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition on departure.
Towels ( for use in the apartment ) are an optional extra which may be hired at 10euros for one hand and one bath towel
A refundable security deposit is required to cover against loss of keys, damage or if the apartment is left in an unreasonable condition.

With mild winters, plenty of sun, turquoise blue sea and fine cuisine and wine available, the French Riviera remains one of the world's most popular holiday destinations. Public transport ( both train and bus ) is reliable and inexpensive for visiting places such as Cannes, Monaco, Monte Carlo, Nice and Italy (Ventimiglia market on a Friday).Juan les Pins ( the sister resort ) which is a modern and lively holiday resort is within walking distance or a short bus ride away. Villages in the area that are well worth a visit include St Paul, Vence, Vallauris, Mougins, Biot and Valbonne. Attractions in the area to visit include Parc Phoenix, Marineland, Aquasplash and Antibesland.

“great apartment and close to all of antibes”
the apartment was lovely, and the kitchen is well supplied with all you need to cook , there is a large terrace sit and enjoy your morning coffee or eve glass of wine we could walk to all of antibes easily and the grocery store was less than a block away Lorna and Sarah we helpful in any advice needed to travel around or where to eat and we available if we needed anything we are booking another trip soon!!!

New spacious apartment with all the amenities you could want including largish balcony. Close to train station and bus stops so very handy for trips out. Also, only a few minutes walk to the old town shops and restaurants or newer parts. The walk through the lanes of the old town to the beach was always a pleasure. We thought the apartment offered the best of the new with the best of the old. Loved it!

The apartment is just a stroll from the shops, restaurants and lovely sandy beach. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Villa Edison has been finished off to a high specification. It was so easy to visit Cannes and Monte Carlo by train with the station just 5 mins walk away. However, there is plenty to do and see on the doorstep and no need to go far! We plan to return!
