Taxi button downstairs (if you wish to get taxi just press it, no need to say anything, taxi comes within 2-3 minutes).

PROPERTY AND SERVICES DETAILS:

Three rooms apartment with separate kitchen is located in Antalya, Konyaalti - very fashionable district, close to the mountains and sea. The apartment has everything you need for your comfort: refrigerator, cooker, air conditioning, flat screen TV, satellite, hairdryer, towels, blankets etc. 24 hours hot water. This flat can host up to 6 people: it has two double bed, one sofa bed and one single folding bed. There are two bathrooms. Towels and linens provided free of charge. Balcony overlooking the mountain and is spacious to put table and chairs on it.

PAYMENTS AND EXTRA COSTS:

No extra costs. Everything is incluided in price.

FOR SUMMER RENTALS:

The residence has a swimming pool area and a garden. There is a small grocery store as well. Pool is quite long and has a section for kids. Open surrounding, perfect mountain view from the pool. There are two beaches available: Konyaalti and Sarisu (which is also a great free of charge picnic park in the pine grove).

ADDITIONAL INFO:

The territory of residence is well-groomed and beautiful. 10 minutes by car to big shopping centers 5M Migros, MarkAntalya, etc and to Antalya Aquarium, Luna Park, Dinosaur Park. 15 minutes by car to the city center (Kaleichi). Very close to Tuesday's market. There's a free bus service to that market. Pets allowed upon request.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
