The Club Walk Beach House is a beach front house that starred in ITV1's 'Holiday Home Sweet Home', profiling the best of British holiday homes. 1,450 sq.ft. luxuriously styled seaside cottage that lives up to its name: a cosy beach front coastal cottage with a unique, clubby feel. Situated only a few yards from the beach, it boasts sea views and reflects the attention to detail our guests have come to expect from our beach houses. Sleeping up to eight adults in four uniquely styled double bedrooms, and two young children in sofa beds, it is ideal for family weekend and beach holidays; yet it is only an hour and a half away from central London by car or direct rail service.

The Club Walk Beach House is almost beach front with sea views, just 90 minutes from London by train or car. It sleeps 10 guests (including young children - maximum of 8 adults) in 4 double bedrooms (1 en-suite shower room, a family bathroom and separate shower room). It boasts a driftwood fireplace with log burner and a private front garden with a hot-tub at 38 degrees all year round. The truly quintessential English summer holiday or seaside break.

For all Tesla Car owners, we now have TESLA charging points at each of the beach houses with official charging hardware supplied by Tesla.

The Club Walk Beach House is a spectacular 1,450 sq.ft beach front location with uninterrupted sea views not only from the open plan sitting / dining room and breakfast bar but from three of the four bedrooms: an inspiring location whatever the season. And as we are pet friendly your best friend can enjoy the beach with you to.

The beach house boasts a cosy and clubby open plan sitting / dining room that opens into the kitchen breakfast room; all of which enjoy beach and sea views. Full width concertina doors open up the sitting / dining room onto the beach front deck which leads into the palm garden.

The Burford Cream kitchen has a warm granite worktop and the club feel is echoed by the classic leather Aero bar stools clustered around the sea facing breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range cooker, full size fridge, full size freezer with ice maker and all the accoutrements you will need to cook and dine in style.

Each of the bedrooms are individually styled and themed and are designed with comfort in mind; featuring 1,000 pocket mattresses and fine Egyptian cotton bed linen. Two of the bedrooms can be configured as twin rooms or as doubles if required and naturally the beach house is equipped with two cots. There are two shower rooms, one en-suite, and one family bathroom with a stunning wrap around seascape mural by our favourite local artist, Hettie Pittman

The open plan sitting / dining room opens out onto the beach side deck and secure private palm garden, fully furnished for outdoor dining and lounging to take full advantage of the stunning coastal views. And there is a gas BBQ.

For the comfort and security of our guests all our beach houses have video door entry systems and are protected by external CCTV.
