WHY RENT ONE OF MY BEACH HOUSES?

With 20 years experience running a leading international hospitality business, and being involved in furnished holiday letting since 2004, we are dedicated to ensuring my guests have the time of their lives.

My beach houses are available all year round and are professionally managed - as opposed to being rented out to pay the mortgage or on a part time basis - and I have a full time local House Manager to ensure my beach houses are maintained to the highest possible standards.

This dedication has led to Country Life putting us in their 'What to Do and Where to Go in 2013' guide, to Tatler calling the New England Beach House one of the '50 coolest houses in the world to rent.'; and to The Times featuring it in their forthcoming 'Best 50 Self Catering Chic Retreats' guide. And to The Angmering on Sea and Club Walk Beach Houses being featured on ITV1's recent Holiday Home Sweet Home; showcasing the very best of British holiday homes.

Club Walk Beach House is just one of our suite of four luxurious beach houses all on this site: the six bedroom Hamptons Beach House (266679), the five bedroom New England Beach House (266570) and seven bedroom The Angmering on Sea Beach House (266680).

Further details indoors

A spectacular 1,450 sq.ft beach front location with uninterrupted sea views not only from the open plan sitting / dining room and breakfast bar but from three of the four bedrooms: an inspiring location whatever the season. And as we are pet friendly your best friend can enjoy the beach with you to.

The beach house boasts a cosy and clubby open plan sitting / dining room that opens into the kitchen breakfast room; all of which enjoy beach and sea views. Full width concertina doors open up the sitting / dining room onto the beach front deck which leads into the palm garden.

The Burford Cream kitchen has a warm granite worktop and the club feel is echoed by the classic leather Aero barstools clustered around the sea facing breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range cooker, full size fridge, full size freezer with ice maker and all the accoutrements you will need to cook and dine in style.

Each of the bedrooms - like our nearby Hamptons, New England, Coral and Angmering on Sea beach houses - are individually styled and themed and are designed with comfort in mind; featuring 1,000 pocket mattresses and fine Egyptian cotton bed linen. Two of the bedrooms can be configured as twin rooms or as doubles if required and naturally the beach house is equipped with two cots. There are two shower rooms, one en-suite, and one family bathroom with a stunning wrap around seascape mural by our favourite local artist, Hettie Pittman

Further details outdoors

The open plan sitting / dining room opens out onto the beach side deck and secure private palm garden, fully furnished for outdoor dining and lounging to take full advantage of the stunning coastal views. And of course we have a full size barbecue.

For the comfort and security of our guests all our beach houses have video door entry systems and are protected by external CCTV.

Location description from owner

The England region

West Sussex is packed with interesting places to go, fun things to do and sights to see. The county is full of stately homes, vibrant market towns, beautiful countryside, villages which resonate with history, the fantastic Sussex seaside and lots of exciting days out.

Located on the southern coast of England, looking across the English Channel towards the rest of Europe, West Sussex has played a key part in the history, defence and trade of England and the United Kingdom. From the time of the Romans, to the Saxons, Vikings and Normans, Sussex has been in the frontline of England's relations with Europe. West Sussex has many historic buildings and places of interest.

Highlights include the beautiful city of Chichester - which dates back to before Roman times - Arundel, Petworth, Midhurst and Horsham.

Angmering on Sea

Angmering-on-Sea is steeped in history. It was originally proposed as a ‘sporting garden village’ and in 1913 the local area was transformed into Angmering-on-Sea - the name ‘stolen’ from the village the other side of the railway station. During the inter war period - the ‘Riviera’ interlude - it was a small but very smart seaside resort, boasting lidos, tennis and country clubs with croquet & bowls and was often visited by the Queen who came to watch international standard tournaments.

Now a private secure residential family orientated estate, quiet in winter and busy with wet sports on the summer weekends, Angmering-on-Sea is only an hour and a half from central London and readily accessible from Gatwick and Heathrow making the New England Beach House the ideal luxury holiday house to enjoy this secluded, barely discovered stretch of the Sussex coast that caters for all needs - be it a private weekend, family gathering, bucket & spade holiday, or romantic getaway.
