Our 5 bedroom villa is the PERFECT holiday home for extended and multi-generation families, for enjoying all those celebrations sadly missed this past year, or for groups of friends finally being able to be together after such a long time apart.

Le Mimosa is a fabulously equipped villa easily able to cater for the whole family in a hugely popular summer beach destination with lots of family fun attractions very close by. It's a spacious detached 5 bedroom villa (3 master bedrooms, 1 quad room and 1 triple bedroom) located just 2 a minute walk from wonderful village life offering bars/cafes, restaurants & weekly street markets. Due to the layout, the villa is ideal for family or friends holidaying together as it offers plenty of space & privacy. It benefits from its own private HEATED & FENCED pool, swing/slide, table tennis table, mature gardens, grassed area for games all set within 1200m2.

With all modern comforts you would expect when renting a quality holiday home, it offers - 42inch screen with Apple TV and UK channels, Wii console with excellent interactive family games to enjoy.

Specifically catering for families with children - an extensive library of books, lots of children's board games and toys from dressing up clothes to train sets, building blocks, baby cot with dolls & a huge library of children's videos & DVDs. Outside play equipment includes a table tennis table, sandpit, swings, slide, swing ball, badminton net & huge chalkboard and giant Connect-4.

For families travelling with young babies, we also supply within the price - a sterilizer, bottle warmer, food blender, a travel cot, (with extra thick mattress), black-out blinds in the children's bedrooms, bed guards, changing mat, baby bath, high chair, pushchair & children's crockery & cutlery.

And for the grown-ups – Peace of mind that the kids are entertained in a safe, fun environment, babysitting and maid service available to really help you have the holiday you deserve. iPod docking station, internet access for planning tomorrows family adventure, Nespresso coffee machine for sublime coffee, plenty of magazines and books to read whilst relaxing in the sun, a Wii console for a fun game of tennis with your family and friends & of course….. plenty of wine glasses in the cupboard!

A rack of leaflets or even a ring-binder of plastic pockets packed with printed information and helpful advice for our guests is just not viable any more. The traditional display stands and information folders will now all be digital and on-line available to access before and during your holiday. This is now your 'PERSONAL ELECTRONIC GUIDE BOOK' and has everything you need to know about arriving at our home, door entry codes, directions, parking, pool access as well as additional information on our home, local attractions, restaurants recommended and important emergency contact details.

It’s now more important than ever to maintain and exceed high standards of cleanliness. Our professional cleaning team focus on high-traffic areas (kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms) and frequently used items - handles & switches, for example, wiping down surfaces with disinfectant. We always clean first then sanitise. We also supply complimentary, hand gel steriliser, anti-bacterial wipes, a supply of spare surgical mask as well as a new disinfectant cleaning spray with brand new clothes for every new guests arrival.

Use of the swimming pool and hot tub is strictly limited to those clients detailed on the booking form. The client is not permitted to invite guests to use these facilities at any time. Undisclosed guests will be charged at £40.00 per person and this amount will be deducted from your security deposit.

We do NOT allow/accept all adult parties or large group gatherings unless agreed in advance.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Beach Holidays (the owner) a message.

If Beach Holidays (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
